I found yoga after my breast cancer treatment (chemo, MANY surgeries, radiation) and a move from Dallas to Fayetteville, AR. I have been honored and blessed to grow in my yoga practice with some incredible teachers. Yoga has saved my life in so many ways. I continue to heal both emotionally and physically and grow stronger every day...even 7 years since my diagnosis. Happy to be cancer FREE and live life to the fullest!!
