Rachel Heart's approach to yoga is inspired by her connection to nature — fluid, creative, powerful, and often described as a flowing dance of postures. She loves to see her students free themselves of rigidity, accept and enjoy their bodies, and trust their inner wisdom. Rachel is trained in Shiva Rea's Prana Vinyasa Yoga and has deepened her intuitive approach to yoga by studying with Angela Farmer and Victor van Kooten. She's also a practicing occupational therapist. In her free time, Rachel enjoys cozying up with her son and husband, hiking the enchanted Southwest, creating delicious vegetarian food, writing, reading, and honoring her inner introvert.
