If you’re going to be a kid, there is no place better than Telluride and at TYF, we aim to make it even sweeter. All classes are free for those who have a pass or ticket to the festival and are weather dependent.
Through stories and movement we will channel our innermost power to uncover the potent power of yoga - calm, centered and present. This session will explore gentle movement, coloring/journaling and guided relaxation.
Who: Kiddos 5-12 years old Where: In the Kid’s Yoga Zone on the Lawn at the High School When: 10-12pm, 1-3pm Friday-Sunday and 3:30-5:00 Friday – Saturday, Drop off: Drop off kids up to 15 minutes prior to class time - we will have release forms to sign. Please pick up kids within 15 minutes after each session. We will not be serving lunch. What to bring: Please bring a small backpack with a waterproof jacket, water, healthy snacks, hat and sunscreen.
