Experience a powerful shift in energy as you explore and cultivate internal dristi (a steady gaze inward) in this mindful slow flow with Sara Ward. Slowly shift your focus from external objects to the subtle realm within you by flipping the current of your awareness and connecting to the deepest most intuitive aspects of yourself. This all levels class will combine steady dynamic movement as well as static postures with refined intentional queuing and will finish with a short guided meditation that will allow you to steep in the essence of yourself.  

This is a FREE community yoga class and is open to all!  Please bring your mat, water and a smile as we practice with the sun and the mountains - this is a rain or shine event!
