The bike will be to Penelope's Cruise - as it's name implies, it's a relatively easy ride that travels up and over a ridge with no technical sections and a nice breezy downhill. It also affords gorgeous views of the Wilsons Range and looks out onto Telluride Ski Resort and the box canyon. While you don't need to be a technical rider, you are in Telluride, so expect hill climbing. Bring your own bike and helmet, water, snack and be prepared for any type of weather!

Look for a way in, point positive and push beyond your boundaries as you experience the beautiful realm of meditative mountain biking. We'll start with an easy yoga warm up to get the muscles warm and the mind ready for the ride, then we'll head out on an all all levels mountain bike ride where we will stop half way with views in all directions for some introspective yoga and meditation.

You should be comfortable on a mountain bike and familiar with riding single track.
