At a time when we often postpone contentment for when things change or are different, this class reminds us to thoroughly explore the present moment and recognize its magnificence, even when it isn’t “perfect”. Music has a way of engaging us in the present moment, the collective we’re with and unbridles our sense of embodied freedom. And the Stones have been mastering that craft for 57 years!
