A balanced, strong, rajasic sequence of postures - forward bending to back therapy - with ujjayi breathing for heat.  Build prana and banish blues.  Pay attention to alignment - train your mind in preparation for meditation.  This is a joyful flow with modifications encouraged for all postures for all levels.
