We often think that hardship is just that...hard.  And it is.  But this panel will lift you up as they share some of the blessings they have come away with through difficulties.  Join panelists Tyrone Beverly, Beryl Birch, and Dugaya Palmieri and Brian Thornsberry from Connected Warriors as they discuss how trauma, PTSD, discrimination, and just the plain old inevitable tough times in life has helped transform them...with the help of yoga, perspective and other tools.
