Limited Capacity filling up

An all systems “reboot” to support mental and emotional integration and support you in your daily commitments.  Spend the first half of the class lying down. Begin with some gentle and deeply effective movements to unwind tight muscles and soothe a stimulated nervous system. Then settle into a savasana position to do a long deep relaxing yoga nidra practice that will leave you rejuvenated and centered. Finish with deeply nourishing pranayama to balance the hemispheres of the brain and relax into a meditation to assimilate the newly reset nervous system. It’s said that 30 minutes of yoga nidra is the equivalent of 2 hours of deep sleep!
