If you’re going to be a kid, there is no place better than Telluride and at TYF, we aim to make it even sweeter. All classes are free for those who have a pass or ticket to the festival and are weather dependent.
Run away to join the circus, turn into an animal at the zoo, dive 10,000 leagues under the sea and be back in time for dinner. From a foundation of basic yoga poses and breathing, we will have fun through mindful games, imaginative story vinyasa and partner yoga. Warning: dance parties may ensue! We will channel our inner tigers, lions, monkeys and elephants and discover the most exciting thing of all: our own center.
Who: Kiddos 5-12 years old Where: In the Kid’s Yoga Zone on the Lawn at the High School When: 10-12pm, 1-3pm Friday-Sunday and 3:30-5:00 Friday – Saturday, Drop off: Drop off kids up to 15 minutes prior to class time - we will have release forms to sign. Please pick up kids within 15 minutes after each session. We will not be serving lunch. What to bring: Please bring a small backpack with a waterproof jacket, water, healthy snacks, hat and sunscreen.
