There is nothing quite like the "natural high" of immersing in the Colorado Rockies and gazing out the Top of the World to the San Sophia Mountains and the Town of Telluride below.  Through a thorough discussion and practice in alignment principles for back-bending we will explore progressive backbends that will leave us experiencing the natural high of joy that comes from a proper warm up and solid sequencing for optimal pelvis and shoulder opening.  Come prepared to work deeply, to open fully to the joy that you are!
